Billing and Shipping Address: For security purposes, the shipping address must match the billing address provided. CS Motoring is only able to ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for payment. Kindly ensure that your financial institution has your current address on file. This policy is strictly enforced for credit card payments, with no exceptions. However, we offer alternative payment methods that bypass this requirement. Free Online Shipping: At CS Motoring, we ensure meticulous attention to each order we receive and dispatch. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received, typically within 1-2 business days, exclusive of weekends and holidays. Enjoy complimentary shipping for most retail web orders exceeding $200, delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders bound for Alaska and Hawaii will incur standard UPS rates. Please note, certain exceptions apply to our Free Online Shipping promotion, including oversized items and those shipped via freight service such as crate engines, short blocks, cylinder heads, turbo kits, transmissions, cat back exhausts, race seats, and body panels, which will be subject to standard UPS shipping rates.
Product Returns: At CS Motoring, we prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring that our products meet your unique needs. However, if for any reason your purchase does not fulfill your expectations, you may request an exchange or refund. Prior to initiating a return, we recommend contacting a CS Motoring representative for additional assistance and information on alternative products.
To facilitate a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Contact a CS Motoring representative at 815-200-4750 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back the product.
- Ensure that all returns are shipped to the designated address once received.
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the product's original shipment date.
- Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Please note that Special Order items are not eligible for exchange or return unless authorized in advance by a CS Motoring representative.
All refunds will incorporate a 3% processing charge. This charge is necessitated by the credit card processing fees incurred during the initial transaction as mandated by CS Motoring's credit card processor.
CS Motoring reserves the right to apply an additional 15% restocking fee for returns that are neither damaged nor incorrect for all shipped orders. Returns that do not adhere to the specified criteria may be refused or returned to the sender, rendering them ineligible for credit or exchange.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges for returned merchandise, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
