Ensuring optimal plenum function is crucial for any intake manifold's performance. With the GT-R, each bank has its own plenum, meticulously sized and shaped to distribute charged air evenly among CNC aluminum velocity stacks. Crafted from lightweight carbon fiber, these plenums are tapered to streamline airflow, reducing turbulence and hastening delivery to the engine. By sustaining airflow balance and velocity, the GT-R experiences heightened horsepower output.

Every manifold is precisely matched to its upper and lower running sections, ensuring seamless airflow from throttle body to cylinder heads. Our engineers demanded tight tolerances at junctions and installed dowel locating pins to align upper and lower ports perfectly. This meticulous approach eliminates potential turbulence, a common issue with other aftermarket manifolds.

We partnered with aerospace experts to craft an intake manifold of unparalleled strength and reliability. Using advanced carbon fiber layering and aircraft-grade epoxies, we ensured it meets aerospace industry standards. Through rigorous testing, including 144,000 cycle tests and a burst test exceeding 150psi, we guarantee durability that exceeds 20 years of typical GT-R usage. No other manifold undergoes such rigorous testing.

Third Fuel Rail Engineered To Support Incredible Power 

To cater to ultra-high-powered GT-Rs, our manifold features provisions for an additional Alpha fuel rail. This setup ensures ample fuel supply for engines generating 2000+ horsepower. Precise injector positioning optimizes spray angles, enhancing fuel atomization and efficiency. Our engineers meticulously designed the third rail setup to accommodate up to 18 individual injectors, ensuring optimal performance.

Outgrown the stock GT-R throttle bodies? If your car is making over 800HP, they are probably a restriction. We manufacture the largest throttle bodies for the R35 GT-R – designed to work with this intake manifold.

Product Notes 

• Custom PCV routing would be needed if the owner wishes to retain its functionality 
• Alpha upper intercooler pipe adapter for current Alpha intercooler piping or full Alpha Induction Kit is required. 
• Injectors, injector wiring, and fuel lines are not included and must be custom designed and built. 
• While other fuel rail kits may work (stock rails are not compatible), AMS can only guarantee AMS Fuel Rails to be compatible with this intake manifold. 
• Custom color anodizing can add 2-4 weeks to build time. 
• As these motorsports grade carbon fiber parts are hand laid, slight imperfections or weave pattern variances can be expected.
