HAND FABRICATED TUBULAR EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND 3.5″ DOWNPIPE 

The AMS Performance A90 2020 Toyota GR Supra Alpha 8 GTX3582 GEN II Turbo Kit boasts 1.5" ID 304L stainless steel schedule 10 piping, meticulously crafted for optimal exhaust flow. Featuring a v-band connection in the manifold and turbine housing, installation is simplified, ensuring a leak-free operation. Additionally, as an internally gated system, it eliminates the extra weight and flow disturbance commonly associated with external wastegate designs.

Crafted by our AMS SnailWorks© Engineering Team, the downpipe seamlessly tapers from 3.5″ to the factory exhaust joint, reducing back pressure. Constructed with precision, this tig welded stainless steel downpipe boasts a v-band connection and a 3.5″ flex section with a smoothed internal liner. Featuring a factory-style 80mm slip joint, it ensures easy integration with your existing exhaust system. Plus, the flex joint accommodates engine movement, preventing broken welds or exhaust hangers.

The renowned Garrett© GTX-Series turbos offer exceptional horsepower output and rapid spool time, ensuring top-tier performance. With the new GTX3582R Alpha 8 turbo kit, achieving over 700 whp is within reach, accompanied by remarkable boost response and Garrett© reliability. Utilizing cutting-edge CFD analysis, GTX GEN II compressor wheels optimize efficiency and mass flow, enhancing power output across various tuning levels. Moreover, the 8mm dual ceramic ball bearing cartridge enhances turbo response and reliability by minimizing shaft motion.

For enhanced power output, the Garrett© GTX3582 Gen II turbos feature a 4" inlet and 2.5" discharge compressor cover, facilitating superior airflow compared to smaller turbo systems.
