The AMS Snailworks© Engineering Team has meticulously designed the AMS Performance BMW B58 Intake Manifold for a seamless bolt-in installation, preserving your vehicle's integrity. Fully compatible with factory options like A/C and power steering, it can be easily reverted to stock with minimal replacement parts. Our manifold stands out as the highest quality and easiest to install on the market. Through extensive R&D and Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, we've optimized airflow distribution to each cylinder port within a remarkable 0.5% tolerance.

PROPERLY IMPLEMENTED PORT FUEL INJECTION 

The 3.0L B58 engine, a marvel of German engineering, is hindered by its factory direct injection system, limiting horsepower and ethanol flex fuel use. To address this, many resort to port fuel injector spacers. In developing the AMS Performance BMW B58 Intake Manifold, our team prioritized a secondary port fuel injection solution. By positioning injector ports on manifold runners, we ensure direct injection into the intake valve and combustion chamber, avoiding fuel puddling in intake runners. Flush mounting the -8AN fuel rail and pocketing the runners further optimizes fuel delivery for maximum combustion efficiency.

PARALLEL SPLIT CORE DESIGN FOR OPTIMIZED COOLANT FLOW 

The AMS Performance BMW B58 Intake Manifold's standout feature is its parallel split core design, which optimizes coolant flow by routing it from the middle of the unit. This reduces water pressure drop and enhances flow rate, ensuring efficient heat expulsion. By matching the coolest water and air, it maximizes heat transfer across the cores, delivering consistently cool water to every cylinder. The twin cores, rated for 1250+ HP, are optimized for airflow throughput and reduced pressure drop. Through meticulous engineering, we've balanced airflow to the engine with effective heat exchange, optimizing core dimensions and fin densities for maximum cooling efficiency.
