Since 2009, stock-style turbo upgrades for the R35 Nissan GTR typically involved modifying OEM "turbofolds" to fit larger aftermarket turbo CHRAs. However, this method often results in poor boost control and boost creep. With the 2020 GT-R, AMS developed the OMEGA Turbo Kit line to overcome these limitations by casting two-piece manifolds and turbine housings. Our ALPHA line sets the performance standard, and the OMEGA line continues this legacy, offering top-notch street car turbo kits without compromise.

HIGH PERFORMANCE CASTINGS FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE APPLICATIONS 

The OEM R35 GTR historically features a one-piece "turbofold," integrating the turbine housing into the manifold. This limits modifications for larger turbochargers. The new OMEGA turbo kit line adopts a two-piece design, simplifying turbo swaps. Our AMS SnailWorks© Engineering Team optimized the design for enhanced exhaust flow, surpassing OEM capabilities.

Our casting boasts a redesigned wastegate port, enhancing boost control and minimizing boost creep. With a 27% larger wastegate port, it ensures reduced flow disturbance and a direct exhaust gas flow path. Engineered for efficiency, it optimally directs gases to both turbine wheels and wastegates. The AMS OMEGA turbo line utilizes exotic casting materials for superior corrosion resistance and durability in extreme temperatures, ensuring toughness and longevity.

THE GARRETT© G-SERIES TURBOS & TIAL WASTEGATES 

The new Garrett© G-Series turbos mark a significant overhaul in performance turbocharger design, aiming to boost horsepower output and reduce spool time. In the OMEGA 11, they deliver remarkable power gains and faster spool compared to previous models. Featuring advanced compressor wheel aerodynamics and Mar-M alloy turbine wheel construction rated for 1055°C, these turbos represent Garrett©'s pinnacle of performance. Enhanced airflow is ensured with AMS Performance modified compressor covers, setting the OMEGA line apart. Pre-installed oil and water lines, along with clocked compressor covers, streamline installation. The compact TiAL MVI 2.5D wastegate actuator offers versatile boost control, with CNC machined aluminum construction and quick spring change capability for precise tuning.
