Our innovative wastegate solution, coupled with meticulously designed coolant and oil lines, ensures a seamless, leak-free installation.

Our AMS SnailWorks© Engineering Team crafted the OMEGA Turbo Kits for seamless bolt-in installation, preserving your vehicle's integrity. Compatible with factory options, these kits are reversible with affordable replacement parts. Engineered from scratch, they redefine GTR aftermarket performance, set to dominate the market.

HIGH PERFORMANCE CASTINGS FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE APPLICATIONS 

The OEM R35 GTR has traditionally employed a one-piece "turbofold," which complicates modifications for larger turbochargers. With the 2020 model's two-piece design, turbo swaps are now easier. Our OMEGA turbo kit utilizes this innovation, featuring an optimized design for increased exhaust flow. Additionally, our casting boasts a redesigned wastegate port, enhancing boost control and minimizing creep. Built tough with exotic materials, our OMEGA turbo line ensures durability and performance even in extreme conditions.

THE GARRETT© G-SERIES TURBOS & TIAL WASTEGATES 

The new Garrett© G-Series turbos represent a significant advancement in turbocharger technology, aimed at enhancing horsepower and reducing spool time. Featuring cutting-edge compressor and turbine wheel aerodynamics, constructed of Mar-M alloy, they deliver unprecedented performance. With remarkable increases in horsepower and spool compared to previous models, these turbos redefine performance standards.

For enhanced power output, the Garrett© G-Series CHRAs in the OMEGA line use modified Garrett G-Series compressor covers by AMS Performance. These covers optimize airflow compared to standard OEM covers, distinguishing the OMEGA turbos. Additionally, our team has pre-installed oil and water lines to the CHRA and clocked the compressor cover, streamlining installation.

The TiAL MVI 2.5D wastegate actuator is a compact unit, measuring only 2.2” in height without fittings and actuator rod. This design facilitates installations in tight spaces, ideal for the OMEGA turbo kit line on the R35 GTR platform. Crafted from CNC machined 6061 aluminum, these wastegates offer durability and feature a locking cap design for swift spring changes. While pre-installed with commonly used base pressure springs (18psi), all springs are included for personalized base pressure settings, ensuring precise boost control tailored to your setup.
