Derived from our championship-winning Carbon Fiber Intake Plenums, the proper functioning of plenums is crucial for optimal intake manifold performance. In the GT-R, two plenums, one for each bank, should not only be sized correctly but also shaped to distribute charged air evenly among CNC aluminum velocity stacks. These lightweight cast aluminum plenums are tapered to channel air effectively, reducing turbulence and enhancing airflow delivery to the engine. This ensures maximum horsepower output and airflow velocity and pressure balance for your GT-R.

Every manifold undergoes meticulous matching of its upper and lower sections to ensure seamless airflow from the throttle body to the cylinder heads. Our engineers enforced tight tolerances at the junction of these sections. Going further, they installed dowel locating pins to align upper and lower ports precisely, eliminating turbulence common in other aftermarket GTR intake manifolds.

Collaborating with an industry expert, we aimed for an intake manifold with unparalleled strength and reliability. Our design underwent rigorous testing, enduring cycles from 0–50psi in high heat, simulating over 20 years of GT-R operation. Additionally, a burst test subjected the manifold to over 150psi. Such rigorous testing sets our GTR intake manifold apart from others on the market.
