The Alpha Fuel System's Fuel Pressure Regulator and Fuel Line Kit bridges the gap between the fuel pump setup and the engine's fuel rail kit. Unlike conventional systems, it establishes a returnless, deadhead routing to the port injection fuel rails, ensuring consistent fuel pressure regardless of power output. Engineered by our AMS Snailworks® Team, it includes an in-line 6 micron glass fuel filter for enhanced fuel purification prior to engine entry.

Unlike others, we prioritize durability with high-quality materials over plastic fittings and rubber hoses prone to leaks.

While competitors opt for basic brackets, our AMS Snailworks® Engineering Team crafted a premium two-piece bracket for the fuel pressure regulator. It incorporates five rubber isolator bushings to minimize vibration and noise transfer to the chassis. Additionally, we've included high-end 2000+ PSI rated, PTFE lined fuel lines to prevent gasoline fumes from escaping into the engine bay and storage space. It's our meticulous attention to detail that distinguishes us from the rest.

DELIVERING A COMPLETE SOLUTION WITH THE ALPHA FUEL SYSTEM 

The Alpha Fuel System, developed by our AMS Snailworks Engineering Team, offers a modular approach for custom fuel system builds. Comprising four separate subcomponents - Twin Pump Kit, Fuel Pressure Regulator and Fuel Line Kit, Fuel Rail Kit, and optional Flex Fuel Kit Add-on - enthusiasts can tailor their system to their needs. Each subcomponent is designed to seamlessly integrate as part of a complete system.

The Alpha Fuel System reimagines fuel system design to enhance fuel flow, drivability, and user experience. By rerouting and replacing restrictive components, it significantly increases fuel throughput. It also offers OEM-like siphon system functionality, ensuring balanced fuel distribution to both sides of the tank. Unlike other kits with external surge tanks or fuel starvation issues, our system resolves these challenges through advanced engineering.

• The subcomponents of the R8/Huracan Alpha Fuel System are all designed to be used in conjunction with one another. Some custom fitting will be necessary if you are not using the complete Alpha Fuel System.
