The factory fuel pump system found in both the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan utilizes a top-of-the-line brushless fuel pump, along with intricate fuel line routing, to deliver fuel effectively. However, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) engineers didn't design the system to handle the power demands of our Alpha Twin Turbo Kit, often exceeding 1000+ HP. Recognizing this limitation, our AMS Snailworks® Engineering Team saw an opportunity not only to enhance the fuel pump's overall capacity but also to maintain all OEM functionalities. No longer do you need to keep your fuel tank constantly filled to half or rely on an external fuel surge tank mounted in the engine bay.

A standout achievement of our engineering team is the retention of a functional siphon system, ensuring both sides of the fuel system remain filled with fuel while substantially increasing fuel flow to the engine compared to the OEM system. This feat is accomplished through a comprehensive redesign of the system, including a proprietary siphon routing solution. This not only maintains a steady supply of fuel to the twin brushless pumps when the tank is below half full but also ensures the fuel gauge reads as accurately as OEM by keeping the auxiliary side of the tank and the pump assembly itself filled with fuel directly.

Attention to detail is our hallmark, which is why the Alpha Fuel System Twin Pump Kit includes a 3D printed cut template. This template simplifies trimming the plastic assembly to accommodate a secondary pump, making installation as effortless as possible for you. Additionally, the kit comes with a USB thumb drive containing our 55-page, full-color, industry-leading instruction guide. These considerate features contribute to making our kit the easiest to install on the market.

The Alpha Fuel System represents the culmination of efforts by our skilled AMS Snailworks® Engineering Team, conceived as a comprehensive yet modular solution. Recognizing the diverse needs of enthusiasts who may wish to customize their fuel systems, we've divided the complete vehicle fuel system into four distinct subcomponents: the Twin Pump Kit located at the fuel tank, the Fuel Pressure Regulator and Fuel Line Kit in the engine bay, the Fuel Rail Kit on the intake manifold, and an optional Flex Fuel Kit Add-on for those interested in running ethanol fuels. While these subcomponents can be purchased separately, they have all been meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate as a unified system.

This modular approach offers numerous benefits, allowing us to rethink how the system components interact to optimize vehicle-wide performance in terms of fuel flow, drivability, and user-friendliness. By identifying and addressing the highly restrictive elements within the factory fuel system, our redesigned Alpha Fuel System significantly enhances fuel throughput. One standout feature is the retention of OEM-like siphon system functionality, without the limitations of the original system's fuel flow. Through a comprehensive reengineering effort, we ensure balanced fuel distribution to both sides of the saddle tank, maintaining a consistently full fuel pump assembly. • The subcomponents of the R8/Huracan Alpha Fuel System are all designed to be used in conjunction with one another. Some custom fitting will be necessary if you are not using the complete Alpha Fuel System. 
• Stock ECU compatibility relies heavily upon the software being used to calibrate it. We can only guarantee functionality with our custom stock ECU tuning service found in our Alpha packages. Contact your tuner directly for compatibly confirmation.
