Through meticulous design using Solidworks© Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and extensive on-track testing, our team has crafted a heat exchanger that seamlessly integrates with your vehicle. It's engineered to fit just like the stock unit, requiring no cutting or drilling. Utilizing the factory hoses, clamps, and mounting points, you or your trusted mechanic can swiftly install it. The core effortlessly slides in, securely locking into the factory mounts, and connects to your existing factory coolant lines. It doesn't get any easier or cleaner than this!
To enhance thermal transfer effectively, we've prioritized expanding the surface area of the exchanger. That's why our upgraded unit boasts a remarkable 54% increase in core volume compared to the OEM counterpart, significantly reducing the time required for heat extraction from the system. Moreover, by augmenting the fluid volume of the entire system by nearly half a gallon, our heat exchanger serves as a substantial fluid reserve.
