The Delta Joint PRO introduces a revolutionary suspension articulation joint, blending the longevity and robustness of factory-style ball joints with unparalleled performance and strength surpassing traditional motorsports-style ball joints.

This innovative joint boasts a rebuildable and serviceable design, allowing for the removal, inspection, and replacement of individual components without necessitating the purchase of an entire joint assembly. Enhanced strength and durability are achieved through the utilization of a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface compared to our standard Delta Joint, along with upgraded lubrication sealing.

However, the Delta Joint PRO truly shines in its performance capabilities, offering an impressive 90 degrees of articulation, representing a remarkable 14% increase in range of motion over the already highly capable original Delta Joint. This ensures optimal suspension movement free from binding throughout the entire travel range.

Constructed to endure harsh conditions, the Delta Joint PRO features a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are crafted from graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to exacting tolerances to provide a flawless metal-to-metal bearing interface. Furthermore, the lubrication system has been redesigned to distribute grease more efficiently through lubricant channels without extending beyond the bearing seal, enhancing longevity and performance.
